Levante UD won against Atlético Levante UD in the second-to-last preseason match, played at the Ciudad Deportiva, thanks to a solitary goal from Bardeli, with a powerful shot from outside the area, which decided a match in which the granota filial faced the first team and also had their opportunities. Atlético Levante UD took to the field without complexes and soon approached the rival goal. The first team, on the other hand, was gaining presence with the passage of minutes and began to work in search of the goal against a well-organized filial, which made it difficult for them to approach and forced Luís Castro's team to look for alternatives. The victory is important for Levante UD, as it gives them confidence for the next season, after finishing the 2025 season in 19th place in La Liga with 29 points, and a record of 7 wins, 8 draws and 16 losses in 31 games, with 35 goals scored and 50 conceded, which leaves them with a goal difference of -15, and 50 points behind leaders Barcelona, whom they will face on February 21, 2027. Levante UD will face CD Castellón at 19:00 hours at the Ciudad Deportiva La Coma, in the last preseason commitment, with the goal of continuing to add victories and prepare for the next season
